It all started with an Earring Course

July 20, 2014 By sue Leave a Comment

Over 10 years ago now my friend Debbie and I attended a course on making earrings. It focused on using tiger tail and crimps to hold the beads in place.  There were just the 2 of us on the course and we had time at the end so the instructor showed us how to make them using wire findings as well.

Within a short time, with the purchase of a few tools and supplies, we were using the techniques we had learnt to make basic necklaces and earrings.

Of course the skills we’d learned were also very useful for repairing jewellery for friends and family.
