Crunchy Lemon Muffins
This recipe is an oldie but a goodie. Great to have in the freezer to pull out when friends come round. 2 cups Flour 2 tsp Baking Powder 3/4 cup Sugar 75g Butter 1 cup Milk 1 Egg Grated rind of 1 large or 2 small lemons 1/4 cup Sugar 1/4 cup Lemon Juice Preheat oven to 200C.
